Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Nexamom’s website, mobile applications, and digital services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

Nexamom reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

02. Payments

Subscription and Payment Terms

Subscriptions to Nexamom’s membership tiers are billed on a recurring basis, either monthly or annually, depending on the plan selected.

You authorize Nexamom to charge your selected payment method for the initial subscription fee and any applicable taxes at the beginning of each billing cycle. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and PayPal. All transactions are processed securely. If you request a refund for the print edition within 30 days of delivery, we will issue a full credit to your original payment method, provided the issue is returned in its original condition.

03. Rights

Content Ownership and Reproduction Policy

All content featured on Nexamom, including but not limited to articles, essays, interviews, photography, videos, and design layouts, is the exclusive property of Nexamom or its respective content creators.

Users may not reproduce, distribute, transmit, display, perform, or create derivative works of any Nexamom content without prior written permission. This restriction applies to both personal and commercial use.

User-generated content (such as comments in the community forums) is the property of the user who posted it. By submitting content, you grant Nexamom a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute such content on our platforms.

User Conduct and Community Guidelines

By participating in the Nexamom community, you agree to abide by the following guidelines:

Respect: Treat other members with kindness and respect. Harassment, hate speech, and discrimination will not be tolerated.

Authenticity: Be honest in your interactions. Misrepresentation of identity or intent is prohibited.

Safety: Do not share personal contact information or engage in activities that could put yourself or others in physical danger.

Nexamom reserves the right to remove, edit, or ban users who violate these guidelines without prior notice.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nexamom shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

Nexamom shall not be liable for any claims relating to your use of the Service by any other person, even if you have authorized that person to use the Service.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in New York, New York, and you hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
